This FAQ refers exclusively to the purchase process. General questions about the product are answered on the Help page. If no answers can be found there either, our Support will help.
How does the purchase process work?
After entering the data in the purchase dialog, e-mails are sent from our trading partner Paddle.com and us (order@receipts-app.com).
For the next step, the current version of the Receipts app must be installed, which is available for download on this website.
There is a license file in our e-mail. This can be activated by double-clicking on it. If this does not work, please save the license file locally and drag it from the Finder onto the running Receipts app.

I am an entrepreneur in the EU, can I enter my VAT ID?
Yes, the international VAT ID number can be entered before selecting the payment method in the purchase dialog. The VAT will then be calculated accordingly.
I have misplaced my license, what can I do?
The license download link remains valid indefinitely and should be in your e-mail. If you still have problems, we will be happy to send you the license again. Contact us via support form.
